Deep Dish Cherry Pie In Ramekins

Ingredients
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red food coloring 1 Teaspoon
  Canned cherry pie filling 21 Ounce
  Frozen puff pastry shells 6
Directions

Stir almond extract and a drop or 2 of red food coloring into cherry filling.
Divide mixture among 6 ramekins.
Thaw puff pastry shells.
On a floured surface, roll out each shell to fit top of ramekin.
Place a round of pastry over cherries in each ramekin.
Follow directions for time and temperature on pastry shell package.
