Coconut Pudding Pie
|Baked 9 inch pie shell||1|
|Dessert topping mix||2 Ounce|
|Vanilla pudding||18 Ounce|
|Flaked coconut||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Liqueur/Orange juice||1 Tablespoon (Flavored Orange)|
|Raspberry jam||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Bake pie shell.
Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package.
Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Chill at least 2 hours or until set.
Stir liqueur into jam; serve with pie as a topping.
