Coconut Pudding Pie

Ingredients
  Baked 9 inch pie shell 1
  Dessert topping mix 2 Ounce
  Vanilla pudding 18 Ounce
  Flaked coconut 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Liqueur/Orange juice 1 Tablespoon (Flavored Orange)
  Raspberry jam 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Bake pie shell.
Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package.
Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Chill at least 2 hours or until set.
Stir liqueur into jam; serve with pie as a topping.
