Regular Pecan Pie
|9 inch single crust pie pastry||1|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Dark corn syrup/Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecan halves/Broken pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat oven to 375Â°.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with rotary beater.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
