Fruit Pies Filling

Ingredients
  Whipping cream 1 Pint
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Kirsch 1 Tablespoon
  Peach halves 1 Can (10 oz), drained
Directions

Whip the cream until stiff.
Add the sugar and kirsh and beat again.
Line the pie shell with the cream mixture, reserving one-quarter cup for garnish.
Arrange the peach halves over the cream.
Decorate with the whipped cream rosettes.
