Golden Tuna Pie

Ingredients
  Lima beans 2 Pound, drained
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained and flaked
  Canned stewed tomatoes 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Refrigerated biscuits 7 1⁄2 Ounce (Plain Or Buttermilk)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Cornmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1 Mix lima beans and tuna with tomatoes, sugar, and Italian seasoning in a 6-cup baking dish.
2 Bake in hot oven (425°) 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
3 While tuna mixture bakes, separate the 6 biscuits; cut a hole in center of each with a doughnut cutter.
Roll both large and small circles in melted butter or margarine in a pie plate, then in corn meal to coat well.
Arrange on top of tuna mixture.
4 Bake for 15 minutes longer, or until biscuits are crusty golden.
