Pecan Pie In Microwave
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , lightly beaten|
|Dark corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prebaked homemade pie shell||1|
Place butter in 4-cup glass measure.
Cook on HI, 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients, except pie shell, and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Cook on HI, 8 to 9 minutes, or until center is set.
Let cool to room temperature and serve
