Banana Cream Pie
|Evaporated milk||12 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla pudding||3 Ounce|
|Ripe bananas||2 Large|
|Baked 9 inch pie shell||1 (Homemade)|
Pour evaporated milk into 4-cup glass measure.
Add milk and pudding mix.
Cook on HI, 6 to 7 minutes, stirring once.
Meanwhile, slice 1 banana into bottom of pie shell.
Pour prepared pie filling over banana slices.
Slice remaining banana around edge of pie.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Refrigerate until firm.
