Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Milk 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated nutmeg To Taste
  Pastry 1
Directions

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt, vanilla and milk.
Strain into pie plate lined with pastry.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
bake for 20 mins.
