Blueberry Or Cherry Pie

Ingredients
  Unbaked whole wheat pie crust 9 Inch
  Blueberries/Cherries 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Whole wheat pastry flour 4 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup/Raw honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Arrowroot 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Mix the berries or cherries with the other ingredients and pour into the crust.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Add simple topping if desired.
Bake 45 minutes at 375 Degree.
