|Powdered sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Melt chocolate over hot water, then add hot milk and cook together until smooth.
Add sugar sifted with cornstarch and stir until the boiling-point is again reached.
Cool slightly, pour over 1 whole egg, 3 egg yolks slightly beaten, and 1/4 tsp. vanilla.
Pour into pastry-lined pie plate and bake as directed in One Crust Pies,using 3 egg white
