Raisin Pie

Ingredients
  Lemon 2
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Walnut meats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 1
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pastry 1
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cook together all ingredients except cornstarch.
When it comes to a boil, thicken mixture with cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp. cold water.
Use as a filling for a double crust pie and bake.
