Winter Squash Or Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Uncooked whole wheat pie shell 9 Inch
  Cooked winter squash/Pumpkin 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Eggs 2
  Butter/Unrefined corn germ oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the filling ingredients together until fairly smooth.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 375° or until the pie is firm in the center.
