|Uncooked whole wheat pie shell||9 Inch|
|Cooked winter squash/Pumpkin||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tamari soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Butter/Unrefined corn germ oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||4 Tablespoon|
Mix all the filling ingredients together until fairly smooth.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 375Â° or until the pie is firm in the center.
