|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), about 4 ounces|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), about 4 ounces|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), about 4 ounces|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix cheeses, onion and flour.
Spread in greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches, or quiche dish, 9x2 inches.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Cook uncovered in 350Â° oven until set, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes; arrange tomato slices around edge of pie, overlapping slices slightly.
