Thrifty Lamb Pie
|Diced cooked lamb||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced potato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced celery||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lamb stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Biscuit dough||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except dough; bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Place mixture in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Prepare biscuit dough; roll 1/2 inch thick.
Place 1-inch strip around top of baking dish.
Cut remaining dough into rounds; place over pie.
Bake at 400 de- grees for 20 minutes.
