Spiced Raisin Pie

Ingredients
  Dried seedless grapes 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cover grapes with water in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain well, and set aside.
Combine eggs and sugar, beating well.
Beat in butter, vinegar, and spices; stir in grapes.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
