Peach Custard Pie
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Soft margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced peaches||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix flour and salt; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add water to hold dough together.
Roll out on floured board; place in 8-inch pan.
Drain peaches; reserve 1/2 cup syrup.
Arrange peaches on crust; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over peaches.
Bake at 375 degrees for*20 minutes.
_ Mix reserved syrup, egg and milk; pour over peaches.i Bake for 30 minutes longer.
