|Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pastry dough||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat egg with corn syrup and flour.
Line 8-inch pie pan with half the rolled out pastry.
Pour filling into pastry-lined pie plate.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.
