Carob Pudding Or Pie Filling
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon, softened and mixed until smooth|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light molasses/3/4 cup light molasses and 2 tablespoon honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carob powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint, whip in a large bowl until stiff|
Gently fold the blended ingredients into the whipped cream. Turn into a pudding mold or 2 baked 9" pie shells. Chill overnight.
