Carob Pudding Or Pie Filling

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon, softened and mixed until smooth
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Light molasses/3/4 cup light molasses and 2 tablespoon honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carob powder 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint, whip in a large bowl until stiff
Directions

Gently fold the blended ingredients into the whipped cream. Turn into a pudding mold or 2 baked 9" pie shells. Chill overnight.
