On lightly floured surface, roll out pastry and fit into 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate; trim and flute edge.
In bowl, blend sugar, flour and salt.
In separate bowl, beat eggs and yolk until frothy; beat in milk and vanilla.
Stir into sugar mixture until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 400Ã‚Â°F (200Ã‚Â°C) oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350Ã‚Â°F (180CC) and bake for about 35 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and filling is set.
