Strawberry Magic Pie
|Strawberry preserves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baked pie shell||1|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water; place over low heat, stirring until dissolved.
Add preserves and lemon juice; beat in sour cream.
Pour into pie shell; chill.
Top with whipped cream.
