Drain peaches thoroughly.
Combine peaches, honey, butter, peel, juice and cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and glossy.
Separate biscuits; roll each to an oval shape, 5 inches long.
Place rounded tablespoon fill- ing just off center, lengthwise of each biscuit.
Fold dough over; seal edges with tines of fork.
Fry in deep fat.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 minute, turning once.
