|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pumpkin||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk/Light cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat eggs well, and stir in milk.
Combine all remaining ingredients, except pastry, and stir in milk mixture.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry, and pour in filling.
Place in 450Ã‚Â°F. oven; after 10 minutes reduce temperature setting to 350 Ã‚Â°F.
Bake 40Ã¢â‚¬â€50 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
