Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 Small
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Evaporated milk/Light cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs well, and stir in milk.
Combine all remaining ingredients, except pastry, and stir in milk mixture.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry, and pour in filling.
Place in 450°F. oven; after 10 minutes reduce temperature setting to 350 °F.
Bake 40—50 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
