Salmon And Rice Pie

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Baked pastry shell 9 Inch
  Canned salmon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Combine rice, 2 tablespoons butter and 2 table- spoons cheese.
Spread in pie shell; top with salmon.
Melt remaining butter; blend in flour.
Add milk gradually; cook, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in egg; pour over salmon.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min- utes.
