Salmon And Rice Pie
|Cooked rice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Baked pastry shell||9 Inch|
|Canned salmon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine rice, 2 tablespoons butter and 2 table- spoons cheese.
Spread in pie shell; top with salmon.
Melt remaining butter; blend in flour.
Add milk gradually; cook, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in egg; pour over salmon.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min- utes.
