Soften vanilla ice cream enough to stir in the M&M’s. In a large bowl combine the ice cream and M&M’s. (Do this process quickly so the ice cream color doesn’t change too much.)
Place ice cream in graham cracker crust and spread in a even layer. Then sprinkle the colored sprinkles over the top.
Cover the ice cream pie with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve cut into wedges, whipped cream is an optional topping. Enjoy!
