Cheese Crust Beef Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Salt 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), diced
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sharp cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated
Directions

Brown ground beef and green pepper lightly in 10- inch skillet; drain off excess fat.
Add 1 1/2 tea- spoons salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Mix in 1/4 cup flour; add tomato juice, stirring constantly.
Add celery and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 15 min- utes.
Pour into 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cut short- ening into remaining flour and salt.
Add cheese; mix well.
Add 1/4 cup water, stirring with fork until dough holds together.
Roll out on floured waxed paper.
Place crust over top of beef mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
