Quick Pear Pie

Ingredients
  Pears 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Sugar   (as required)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour   (as required)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unbaked pastry shell 1
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine pears, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, cream, 1 tablespoon flour, vanilla and salt; pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Combine 2/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter; sprinkle over top of pie.
Return to oven; bake for 30 minutes longer or until browned on top.
