Glazed Peach Pie

Ingredients
  Sliced peaches 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Baked pie shell 9 Inch
Directions

Combine peaches and sugar; let stand for 10 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin and salt in 1 cup hot water; add 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice.
Add peaches; chill until slightly thickened.
Turn into cold pie shell, arranging peaches as desired.
Chill until firm; sprinkle powdered sugra, if desired.
