Gourmet Tuna Pie

  Hard boiled eggs 2
  Pie shell 8 Inch
  Tuna 2 Can (20 oz)
  Eggs 2
  Shredded cucumber 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced parsley 4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sweet basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Arrange eggs in pie shell.
Drain tuna; flake.
Combine flaked tuna, eggs, butter, 2 teaspoons parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt and basil; mix well.
Pour over sliced eggs.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Press onion and cucumber in strainer to remove juice; combine with remaining in- gredients and dash of salt.
Chill; serve with pie.
