Ingredients
  Pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unbaked 9-in. pastry shell 1
Directions

Mix all ingredients except pie shell together.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in 425-degree oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 375 degrees; bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
