  Canned chicken breast 392 Gram
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Yellow bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Canned new potatoes 4 9⁄10 Ounce
  Frozen peas 25 Gram
  Frozen sweet corn 25 Gram
  Pastry dough 1⁄2
  Egg 1 , beaten
For dusting
  Flour 1 Tablespoon (For dusting)

1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

2. In a skillet, saute onion and peppers for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a ceramic bowl.
3. In the same skillet, add potatoes and brown them.
4. To the sauteed vegetables, add peas, sweetcorn and chicken, mix lightly, add potatoes.
5. On a dusted surface, using the rolling pin, roll the quick pastry to 8-9 inches disc.
6. Cover the contents of the bowl, with the dough disc, crimp the edges with hand.
7. Using a fork, poke several holes. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
8. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.

9. Serve with your choice of drink or beverage.
