Special Pie Crust
|Flour||5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
Beat egg in measuring cup.
Fill measuring cup to 3/4 full with cold water; add vinegar.
Rub flour, lard, brown sugar, salt and baking powder together with hands.
Add liquid all at once and work until smooth.
Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use, use as required.
