Foolproof Pie Crust
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs), sifted|
|Shortening||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Take a bowl,mix flour,shortening,sugar and salt.Use a pastry blender if needed.
2)Take another bowl,combine the egg,vinegar,and water and add this to the flour mixture.
3)Carefully mix well and roll into a ball.
4)Chill for 5 minutes.
5)Divide this into 4 equal portions.
6)Roll this on a floured pastry cloth.
7) Use as required
