Microwave Cooked Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch pie shell 1 , microwaved
  Blueberries 3 Cup (48 tbs), defrosted and drained (fresh or frozen)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In medium bowl combine filling ingredients.
3) In shell, turn the mixture.
4) With fork or pastry blender, cut the topping ingredients together.
5) Sprinkle on top of filling.
6) On wax paper, place the pie in oven.
7) Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Rotate 1/4 turn.
8) Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
9) Microwave 3 to 11 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and thickened, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.

SERVING
10) Spread whipping cream or ice cream over blueberry pie if liked.
11) You can also cut the blueberry pie in pieces and serve.
