Iced New Style Mince Pies

Ingredients
  Vol au vent cases 1⁄2 Pound, 1 packet, frozen
  Mincemeat 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon Per Case)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Tablespoon (1 Large For Each Case, Family Sweet Variety)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1. Cook the vol-au-vent cases stated by the manufacturer. Brush the cases with egg glaze and then set aside to cool.
2. When the cases have cooled down, fill them with mincemeat, top with ice cream and place a pastry lid on top.

SERVING
3. Serve warm
