Raw Vegan No Bake Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cacao powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Yacon 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar in the raw 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Psyllium seed powder 3 Tablespoon
  Almond milk/Water / coconut water 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken
Directions

Grind almonds in a food processor until they make a coarse meal. Add in honey, cacao powder, salt and coconut oil if desired. Press into a pie plate.

In a blender, blend together cacao powder, yacon, sugar, coconut oil, psyllium seed powder, almond milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into pie crust.

Set walnuts into the pie and chill.
