Ingredients
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Minced meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Meat stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cumin seed 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano/Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ripe olives 20
  Eggs 2 , hardboiled
  Corn cob/1 can creamed sweet corn 3 (Maize)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to at 350 °F.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, heat butter and saute the onions.
3) Stir in the meat and stock.
4) Mix in the raisins, spices, salt and pepper.
5) Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
6) Transfer the mixture in a pyrex dish or casserole.
7) Sprinkle the olives and eggs on the top.

FINALIZING
8) In another bowl put together grated maize or creamed canned corn, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and milk.
9) Mix well together and spoon over the meat.
10) Bake for 45 minutes in the oven or until well browned on top.

SERVING
11) Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
