Brown Sugar Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 18 , at room temperature
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 Tablespoon
  Blackstrap molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Pecan halves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flaky pastry crust 4
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk till smooth.
3) Mix the sugars together in a food processor, and mix with the egg mixture.
4) Using a whisk, mix in salt, vanilla, molasses, oil, and corn syrup.
5) To the bottom of each pastry, add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup pecan halves.
6) Evenly distribute and add in the filling.
7) Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
8) Lower the heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes till set.

SERVING
9) Cool and serve topped with whipped cream.
