Brain And Walnut Pies

Ingredients
  Brain 3 , cooked
  Medium white sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ham 2 Ounce, cooked (60 Gram)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Flaky pastry 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven.

MAKING
2)Mix sauce after cutting the brains into small pieces adding chopped ham and walnuts.
3)Thinly roll the pastry and cut some into rounds to line small patty cases.
4)Cut an equal number of rounds a little smaller to cover the pies.
5)In each lined patty case place a spoonful of the brain mixture. 6)Glaze the edges with water and cover with a smaller round of pastry.
7)Make a hole in the top of each to allow the steam to escape.

FINALIZING
8)Bake in a hot oven, 2300 C (4500 F), for about 20 minutes.

SERVING
9)Serve it hot.
