Sweet Potato Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  10 inch pie shell 1 (Unbaked)
  Canned sweet potatoes/Yams 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) Take a saucepan and add the butter,pecans and sugar and heat upto 450 degrees. Use a candy thermometer.
3)In pie shell,pour the mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
4)Remove from oven and cool.
5)Now beat the sweet potatoes until smooth and toss in the remaining ingredients.
6)Keep beating till its well blended.
7)Now pour into the cooled pie shell,bake for 45 minutes until the spatula inserted from the edge turns out clean.

SERVING
8) Cool before serving.
