Coconut Crustless Pie
|Biscuit mix||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Soft butter||3 Tablespoon|
1. Blend all the ingredients well in a large blender and then pour the mixture into a 9-inch glass pie dish.
2. Cook this mixture in a microwave on (high) 7-9 minutes, moving the dish around halfway during the cooking process with a 1/2 turn halfway through cooking.
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg and toasted coconut and serve immediately
