Spiced Microwaved Pumpkin Pie
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned cooked pumpkin||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|9 inch pastry shell||1 , baked|
1. In a 9-inch glass pie dish, press down the ready made pastry to make a pastry shell.
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients and pour into baked pastry. Microwave this on (high) for 4-5 minutes until edges begin to set
3. Stir the dish to move the cooked mixture to the center of the dish and microwave again on (high) for 5-6 minutes or until center is soft and completely set. Turn down the heat and let it rest for10 minutes.
4. Serve at room temperature or cold.
