Mocha Chocolate Pie
|Chocolate pudding mix||100 Gram|
|Instant coffee||4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
|Baked pie shell||8 Inch|
Combine pudding mix, instant coffee and milk in a saucepan according to directions on package.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Cool about 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill well before serving.
If desired, garnish with a border of whipped cream and chopped nuts.
Makes one 8-inch pie.
