Raspberry Ice Cream Pie
|Baked 9 inch pie shell||1|
|Raspberry jam||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Pint|
1) Spread a layer of raspberry jam in a cooled pie shell with a spatula.
2) Place the ice cream at room temperature until slightly softened.
3) Spoon the ice cream in the center of the pie shell and swirl the top with a spatula.
4) Freeze the pie until the ice cream is firm.
5) Slice and serve the Raspberry Ice Cream Pie on dessert plates.
