Spicy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked OR Canned)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen ice cream shell 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add in the cooked or canned pumpkin along with sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2) Cook the mixture over low flame for about 3 minutes.
3) Let the mixture cool down.
4) In a bowl whip the cream. Fold the cream into the pumpkin mixture.
5) Pour the pie mixture into the frozen ice cream shell.

SERVING
6) Serve the Spicy Pumpkin Pie frozen. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
