Quick Oatmeal Pie Crust

If you wish to cook up a great meal, this Quick Oatmeal Pie Crust has to be a part of it! A truly awesome combination anyone would love to savor. Also, this Quick Oatmeal Pie Crust can be cooked in no time; a good reason to try it out!
Ingredients
  Quick oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Light corn syrup 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine quick oats and melted butter and stir well.
Add salt, lemon rind and corn syrup.
With the back of a spoon press mix- ture lightly into a pie plate.
Bake in a moderately hot oven (375° F) 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool before filling.
Makes one 8 or 9-inch pie crust.
