Chocolate Coconut Pie Crust
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2|
|Milk/Water||2 Tablespoon (Hot)|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Melt chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler, stirring until blended.
Combine milk and sugar.
Add to chocolate mix- ture, stirring well.
Add coconut and mix well.
Spread on bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie plate.
Chill until firm.
To serve fill crust with ice cream, pudding mix or parfait filling.
Makes one 9-inch pie shell.
