Cauliflower Pie

Ingredients
  Cooked cauliflower 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Quantity, 45 Gram)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (As Needed)
  Onion 1 Large, coarsely grated
  Wholemeal breadcrumbs 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Ounce (1 Heaped Tablespoon)
  Lemon 1 , rind grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1.) Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C (Gas Mark 7)
2.) Chop the cauliflower

MAKING
3.) Take a greased dish and put th chopped cauliflower in it
4.) Melt the fat in the pan, then add onions and fry for a few minutes
5.) Add the breadcrumbs, the parsley and the lemon rind in the pan and stir it.
6.) Spread the mixture over the cauliflower, press down well
7.) Bake for 30 minutes

SERVING
8.) Can be served as a side dish
