Chocolate Peppermint Stick Pie
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Peppermint sticks/Candy canes||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|9 inch chocolate wafer crust||1 (Fancy Edge Crust)|
|Fudge sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Into the Fancy Edge Chocolate Wafer Crust, add 1/3 of the vanilla ice cream. Spread it around well.
2) Sprinkle 1/3 the amount of peppermint sticks or candy canes evenly over the ice cream.
3) Repeat the ice cream and candy layers twice.
4) Place the crust in the freezer till it hardens.
5) Serve the Chocolate Peppermint Stick Pie as is or drizzled with Fudge Sauce.
