Peaches and Cream Pie
|Peach halves/5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced||2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz) (Drained)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed|
|Unbaked pie shell||9 Inch|
Arrange peach halves or slices in pie shell.
Beat eggs slightly, add cream and honey and mix well.
Pour over peaches.
Blend together brown sugar and flour and sprinkle over egg mixture.
Bake in a very hot oven (450° F) 15 minutes: reduce tempera- ture to 350° F and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
