It's until you taste this Strawberry Glaze Pie that you're unaware of its delicious flavor. Here's is a simple recipf for you to try this Strawberry Glaze Pie at home and to relish in!
Ingredients
  Ripe strawberries 1 Quart
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Baked pie shell 9 Inch
Directions

Wash and hull strawberries; drain well.
Combine 1 cup of the berries with water and simmer 5 minutes.
Reserve remaining berries.
Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Stir in cooked berries and cook, stirring constantly, until syrup is clear and thick.
Stir in lemon juice and cool slightly.
Mix together cheese and cream until light and fluffy.
Spread over bottom of baked pie shell.
Cover with remaining whole berries.
Pour thickened syrup over top of berries.
Chill well before serving.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
